"Elladora Guffy was a witch who lived next door to Ethelbard Mordaunt. Madam Guffy was fond of practical jokes and had been known on occasion to enchant Mordaunt's garden furniture. This infuriated Mordaunt, which he once expressed to the Daily Prophet in a letter." - Harry Potter Wiki !

My take on this very minor book canon follows the above description, except I wanted to give my take on her by giving her a background, though brief. I once played her on another site with an application that detailed her just right, but lost it after it closed down, which is why I have decided to be quite straight to the point and brief with her here.
Character Name: Elladora Guffy
Age: Thirty-six
Gender: Female
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Blood Status: Half-Blood
Occupation: Hit Wizard - highly trained member of the Magical Law Enforcement Squad, tasked with arresting dangerous criminals
House: Former Slytherin
Wand: 14" teak wood, pixie essence, weather-resistant due to the type of wood it was crafted.
Species: Witch
Patronus: Kinkajou
Magical Abilities: Nothing that strays from the obvious abilities of common wizard-folk.
Boggart: Loud noises, especially those present during wand battles and war in general.
Health liability: She is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, and may have to opt out of her profession soon enough. Having been subject to torture before and sudden attacks, it is understandable for anyone in her position to develop such a condition.
History:
Elladora's father was English and her mother was Spanish, the pair fell in love and basically made this ball of mischief. She had a wonderful childhood and was raised quite like any other normal human being. She taunted her neighbor's son, Ethel Mordaunt, only to leave him the moment her acceptance letter for Hogwarts came. She attended Hogwarts with an ambitious yet enthusiastic outlook on life in general and seemed to match the qualities most suited for a Slytherin. While she most certainly fit the bill, she didn't necessarily enjoy the constant house wars. In fact, she was severely neutral to it all and preferred to simply stray away from any side-taking.
She was only cruel to those that did give her cheek because of her affliation, and would indeed be the bad guy just to give the judgmental freaks a thing to cry over. She was an exceptional student, but nothing special. She had one or two detentions back in her day and did burp (accidently) on a boy just when he was about to give her her first kiss. He would also occasionally tease a boy by the name of Joel Savage, but would never cross the line with him because he was the least judgemental Hufflepuff she'd ever somewhat befriended. She was a bit sweet on him, too. Little did she know that the chubby boy would grow up to be a ministry official, like her . . . and be her light-hearted obsession.
She later graduated from Hogwarts and started working, very briefly, as the trolley lady. She later landed a job with the Ministry of Magic with her certifications and became quite an asset to them. She learned to fear Umbridge greatly (to the point of peeing her pants, almost) and discovered her uncanny ability to simply screw things up. Still, because of her talents, they tolerated her goofs. Years into the job, she experienced pain unlike any other and was prone to getting herself into awful situations, which led to her eventual PTSD. It is confirmed that right after the war she decided early retiirement would suit her.
Personality:
Ambitious, cunning, playful, energetic, seemingly ditzy, sassy, body-language-loving, upfront, loud, hispanic and flirtatious, emotional, clingy, gross and nurturing.
Fun facts: She's terrible at wandless magic and posseses a Spanish accent.

Now that you know a little bit about her . . . wanna plot with me? C:
