Personal History
Little Wildfeather was born into the Royal family, bridging a gap between the Light Elves and Dark Elves who had divided Mir into two Kingdoms. Unfortunately, the King and Queen had many enemies, some of them strongly disagreed that Light Elves and Dark Elves should live united in one Kingdom.
One night their enemies struck, attacking the royal castle and the villages around. Farms were burned to the ground, the cattle slaughtered, and men, women and children were massacred. In the smoke and the chaos, the now 5 years old princess managed to flee. Around her neck she carried a medallion with a mysterious pattern on the front - the Royal Crest. What she didn't know, is that this crest was also a symbol of a secret order in the world of the humans. She also managed to grab a book with leather bindings from her father's hands as she fled - a book filled with letters for a mysterious human named Joseph Alexandre.
Chased by her enemies, the little princess managed to escape to the nearest village of the humans. She was saved by the sunrise and the ringing of the church bells as her troll-like enemies had to return to their caves to not getting turned into stones. An elderly couple found the little princess sleeping on their stairs as they stepped outside that morning. They saw her dress made of silk, and in their greed and hunger for money they picked up this child and sold her to an orphanage in Paris. Her dress was taken from her and replaced with rags, but the sneaky child managed to hide away the book and the medallion.
The years in the orphanage was a nightmare. Little food, hard punishments for almost everything, other children stealing her food. Little Wildfeather had to learn how to fight, or die from starvation. She was often locked into the basement, with only the rats as her company. However, it was on this orphanage in the beggar quarters of Paris, she found friendship with three young girls who treated her like a sister. Thanks to this friendship (and her talents for stealing food), she survived.
As the years went by, the owner of the orphanage starting using the girls for his own pleasure. Wildfeather got herself into trouble by putting up a fight every time he tried to touch her or her friends. As a revenge he made up a crime that she was supposed to have commited, and reported her to the city guard to have her arrested. The Captain of the guard believed in his lies and had the young Wildfeather arrested. Now she is going to be hanged for a murder she did not commit. Will she be rescued in time?
